Failure to provide an ID will result in the inability to check-in.
Deposit Requirements • £20 cash or an ID (EU ID card, Residence Permit, Driver’s License, or Passport) is required as a deposit for metal keys.
This deposit cannot be paid by card.
Check-In and Check-Out • Earliest check-in: 2 pm • Latest check-in: 11:30 pm • Check-out time: between 8 am to 11 am.
Please see us at the reception if your check-out time is outside of these hours. • Early check-in cannot be guaranteed.
However, if you arrive after 12 am and your room is available, we will accommodate you.
Planned arrivals between 8 am to 12 am require advanced booking and an early check-in fee. • Ensure you arrive by 11:30 pm to avoid issues with check-in, as we are not able to accommodate check-ins after this time as the hotel is closed overnight.
Early Check-Out Deposit Return • If checking out before 8 am, see us the night before to exchange your key for the deposit.
Luggage Storage and Vouchers • You can leave your luggage at the hotel upon arrival or departure.

Parking • Limited parking spaces are available for £15 per day, valid from 2 pm on the day of check-in to 11 am on the day of check-out.
