“We were in London for the My Chemical Romance concert at Wembley. The staff interacted with us about the concert and it was a very nice welcome. The staff were extremely helpful and full of information (we're from Manchester, we didn't know where we were going or how to get to places). Everyone was friendly. Not a single guest looked unhappy. Given it's not greatest part of London, you wouldn't think so once inside the hotel. It was very clean and easy to manoeuvre. We were given the option of extended parking while we did some sightseeing the next day. Overall made the weekend a very good experience. Honestly, the only downside to this hotel was the area it was in but that can't be helped by the hotel itself and it gave us a very cost effective option.”
