“The location was excellent, with the Underground station just a short walk away, making it very easy to travel into central London. The Wi-Fi was reliable and worked well throughout my stay. The bed was also comfortable. The room was extremely small, with insufficient floor space to open a suitcase. I had to keep my suitcase on the bed when accessing it and store it closed when not in use. There was also not enough space to fully open the small cupboard beside the bed. The bathroom lighting was particularly poor, making it difficult to use the space comfortably. The room was not especially clean upon arrival. There were dust bunnies on the floor, and I also found a sock that had been left behind by a previous guest. Unfortunately, I did not find the staff to be particularly helpful during my stay. I also used the laundry facilities, which were not well maintained. Before using the washing machine, I found a large clump of hair inside, which was quite unpleasant and raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the facilities.”
