“It was in a good location. The breakfast was quite good, served by a pleasant man. Really nice huge, fluffy towels. The evening food looked good. The evening staff weren't very helpful. When I asked about the parking it was in the back yard between barrels and the covered smoking area. Something hit my car there. I carried my own case up two flights of stairs. (I'm visibly disabled) There was a table of diners at the foot of the stairs, so one of them had to move out of my way for me to get past, and again when I went back down to the car. The second set of stairs was difficult to find. Stairs and stair carpet scruffy. I know it is an old building, but the bedroom floor was so uneven I had trouble keeping my balance. The bed was uncomfortable. Access to the shower was through a very narrow gap, so I had to edge in sideways! I would have liked more toast, but didn't feel comfortable asking.”
