“Location Came here for my birthday, car park was 10 buildings down behind another hotel. Found bed bugs in the first room, very awful room stains on carpet walls and mouldy smell, with a view of the fire escape and a wall. Was given a second room which smelled awful like mould, and vomit, and was so dirty you could not even tell if it may have also had bed bugs. Walls scratched with blood marks by the bed, carpet thats stained and worn out, the whole hotel smells very bad, taps in bathroom move around whole hotel is in need of a serious renovation. Went back to reception to complain, and explained I will not be staying here due to the above reasons, and asked for a refund, and was told by the manager, we have rooms for you to stay in so we wont give you a refund. Attempting to ask booking.com for a refund. Could not find another hotel so late so had to drive all the way back to London, 5hours. Beautiful location though shame I did not get to explore it.”
