“The location for our needs was great The fact we hadn't been advised it was being used for social housing. We arrived at breakfast & it was hectic with children running everywhere. Having used a HI Express before we expected the same standard of breakfast - but it wasn't. The only fresh fruit were oranges & apples. The fruit juice was over watered. On our return from a day out one of our room doors was open which caused great concern especially as we had been shopping. I'm pleased to say nothing was missing. The fire door between paying/non paying guests was often wedged open. We did lodge our complaint at the hotel & they gave a partial refund. We will not be using this hotel again.”
