“Everything! From the minute we walked into the hotel we were greeted by David, who also phoned us as he was aware of our flight from Exeter being cancelled. He went out of his way to ask if we were ok and did we need anything on our arrival. The Hall looked beautiful when we arrived, gardens were immaculate. Our room was lovely and clean, well stocked up with toiletries and hot drinks. The breakfast was amazing, good produce from Gloucester. We stayed one evening for a meal. The chef cooked our steak perfectly. Staff were all very hard working and attentive. They are a real credit to the hotel. We have to name some of them, Brad, Marcus, Lauren, Georgia & Grace. They were full of reccomendations to get us out exploring the island. This is our first visit to the island and won't be our last. We hope to see the above friendly faces next year when we return with my parents. Thankyou all for such a wonderful visit. If I have to say something that I wasn't happy with it would be there was no hair conditioner in the bathrooms”
