“The room was excellent with 2 chairs which is a must when staying for 5 nights like we were,bed was comfy and clean as was the room, Breakfast was excellent with good choice and friendly staff, which was more then can be said for the evening meals which we had booked and decided after 2 evenings to cancel and eat out due to meals being substandard and poorly cooked and staff who in are opinion was unfriendly and not interested in doing their jobs, ie customer service.I would like to thank the manager for taking onboard are compliant regarding the evening meals and making the necessary refunds on are account, If it was not for the issues with the evening meals and poor evening service and having to eat out i would have been scoring this hotel highly. Only the standard of the evening meals and the service which was the worse we have ever experienced,and leading us for the first time to complain about anything regarding are many hotel stays. which is a pity and put a damper on are stay.”
