“I went to have surgery in Stratford, which was traumatic. Not as traumatic as my entering my room at Signature. The smell hits you first, then walk in and it is disgusting. Like it's tidy, but it's never been cleaned. Thick with dirt. The lovely view of the drainpipe and wall was very appealing. I went down immediately and explained I couldn't stay here. I was told I would get a refund. I asked to take photos to ensure I would. They said don't worry. I left. I got annother hotel through booking.com I got refused my refund. The fact I was in agony and couldn't talk will help you to understand how bad this room was. I just wanted a roof over my head and i couldn't/ Booking.com also refused to refund me.”
