“The entrance is very welcoming, clean, light and airy. Pictures do not do this hotel justice. There isn't a lift but the few stairs are wide and easy to walk up with luggage. The room was very spacious and clean including the bathroom which appears to be quite new. The cupboards were more than adequate. A sofa in the room was an additional bonus along with an ironing board, iron, hairdryer, kettle, mugs, glasses, TV etc. I was not in during the day and Sahil, who worked the night shifts was very pleasant and helpful. Also Sam who did the check in. I did not use the restaurant on this occasion. These are only observations not complaints: --- room was exceptionally hot due to the weather even with the windows open in the evening. It would have helped if the AC was set at a lower temperature to initially cool the room, but this appeared to be centrally operated. The shower was brilliant but not manoeuvrable. Since shower caps are not provided, a suggestion is that the hotel could possibly have these available for a small fee to cater for the unprepared people like me.”
