“The Hoburne park is great, the facilities are newly renovated and central to many things to do and see near by. The caravan itself leaves a little to be desired but functional and is out of the way of the main park facilities so nice and quiet. There is a lot of work that needs to be done in the property. The overall level of cleaning is pretty poor, surface level is passable but there is a lot of dirt across that you notice quite easily. Things like dirty baseboards in the kitchen and on the appliances, dust everywhere and broken fixtures (including a large crack in the shower moulding which is dangerous). The property could do with a refresh in all areas and a deep clean and repair.”
