“I knew for the area, this isn't going to be a super nice hotel, however, this was worst than I expected. Bathroom tile was taped, black mold in the grout, sheets and bedding have several stain marks, everything just feels not very clean. At one point, our front door was locked (locked us in) and unable to open, had to call maintenance people to come fix the lock. The staff was nice and moved us to another room but cannot make up how bad the condition of this hotel...”
