“Location was perfect next to the underground tube. The management team were very helpful at any request, able to help and support no matter the circumstances. I very much appreciated their professionalism, helpful and fast responses and willingness to go above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible while addressing any minor issues and providing fast solutions. Accessibility wasnt too easy, getting luggage and a baby up a flight of stairs so this was more of an inconvenience than anything and the hallway ideally kept cleaner but this was not due to the landlord. Generally the place could have been more consciously cleared of owner belongings, ie. books, footwear in some cupboards to be much more welcoming and less feeling like someone was living there prior.”
