“Arrived to be faced with check in on a computer. Since the stay was booked through hotels.com for some reason all the addresses and contacts information was for hotels.Com. When I tried to update my contact info the system through me out. Twice. Luckily one of the barmaids helped me out and gave me a room key. The room was a newly refurbished one on the ground floor. Unfortunately the room had emergency lighting that had a bright LED shining all night and was not conducive to sleep. After a sleepless night we complained to the front desk which was now manned and got moved to an older room. No emergency lights and a good nights sleep was achieved. The staff were very helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. Breakfast was very good but we did not eat in the evening.”
