“Stayed in room 206. This hotel is in a brilliant location for travelling around North Wales and Eryri. Nice modern rooms, decent size TV. The breakfast and evening meal was good. The water pressure of the shower was very poor. Basically a trickle out of the showerhead. No free spa access. Other hotels usually add in an hour of access to certain spa facilities. The evening meal has an added service charge, which is a dodgy way of getting more money without increasing prices directly. Customers shouldn't have to ask for this to be removed. It left a bitter opinion on the restaurant so we refused to eat there a second time as there are plenty of other options locally.”
