“Ruthin Castle is a charming hotel, lovely reception area, room 122 was very spacious, dual aspect large windows, large four poster bed, the staff were polite, and the gardens are nice, I love that there were several peacocks walking around. Parts of the castle needs some TLC, some areas need a deep clean, our bathroom needed updating, breakfast wasn’t great, greasy luke warm bacon and eggs, the water for tea and coffee wasn’t hot, the menu for evening meal is overpriced.”
