“We had such a warm welcome from all the staff every day, 2 staff that stood out Nicki and Sam , always happy professional and helpful, breakfast was delicious, tried something Duffett each morning, always on point and very quick, so thank you to the breakfast staff. We will still rate the fleece as 10/10 but my only thoughts of improvement would be the pillows could be revisited a little too hard for me and I think as the staff work a lot some had never visited a lot of the places we were asking about so a little lack of knowledge, so maybe a staff putting ha!! But really can’t fault much .”
