“The gym and pool were nice The water had to be turned off to our floor due to a leak which I understand is out of there control however the phone was also not working in our room so i went to reception twice. The second time over an hour later I informed them we had to be somewhere and I needed to make alternative arrangements to get ready if it was not going to be back in soon, despite this they asked me to sit in the bar which I did for 20 minutes, no one come to me so I stood at the desk at which point they offered me another room to get ready in. This could have been offered much earlier and our plans were disrupted because of this. When I contacted the hotel they just did the usual thank you we will improve for future guests. I would not have been so angry if 1- we were offered and alternate room to get ready in a lot sooner, and 2- they asked me to sit in the bar, a complementary drink/ even a bottle or water would have been a nice gesture. They didn’t seem to care that much about helping with the situation. I will not be staying here again.”
