“On arrival man receptionist wasn't there then was i had to pay £1 even though I had already paidno food drink was available on our arrival ,then we were told there was no cooked breakfast we went to our rooms there was a chain to put on door quite alarming we felt 2 young ladies alone. We then went where we were told returants would be to find people smoking weed a very rough nieghbour hood we found a Chinese we then received a call and had to go to my dad's that night and not on the Saturday as planned.so we returned packed our stuff and Briony took the key back and explained we had to leave,As we left aScantily clad lady and man sat out side,A man smoking weed and another we were frightened and relieved we had to go to see dad I called to talk to the reception explaining and asked if we would get a refund .we were told TO CALL BACK 7 TO 11 NEXT DAY TO SPEAK TO MANAGER . I do think as breakfast was not cooked and I am gluten free so could not eat pastries and noone else would of wanted to stay that we received a partial refund for our breakfast if not the full amount it has been a had few months my cousin was will and has died now and now my dad is poorly, I can say we were sad we had to go to my dad's but relieved we did not have to stay at the hotel and would never recommend it Location ,other clients,amenities”
