“Excellent location, 5 minute walk from Burnham Market main square with easy parking for two cars. The site was very quiet and the different cabins not too crowded/close to each other. Very modern inside and well equipped. We had an issue with one of the shower taps and Norfolk Cottages which manage the property were very responsive and sent someone the same day to fix it. We brought this to the attention of Norfolk Cottages managing the property that the condition of the property was let down by poor cleaning between guests, matresses stained as they do not use matress covers before putting sheets on the bed, accumulation of dirt and dust around the skirting boards and edges of the bath and shower and the inside of wardrobe drawers full of hair and dust from previous guests, this we cleaned for ourselves before unpacking as really it wasn’t hygienic. Again, Norfolk Cottages were helpful and responsive when we raised this with them and they promised to speak to the cleaning team so we hope it is better for future guests.”
