“Good location for the forest that’s it. The cleanliness was very poor on arrival. There was dirt all over the floor, and I actually had to go out and buy bleach before I felt comfortable letting my child play there. The property also had a strong unpleasant smell throughout. The outside area was disappointing and did not look like the photos advertised. In addition, the towels in the bathroom were dirty, and there was even an old milk carton left lying on the sofa when we arrived. There was also a used poo nappy left in the bin in the bathroom was made upstairs smell, which was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable to find on arrival. The kitchen cupboards contained old coffee, and leftover items, which made the place feel unhygienic and poorly prepared for new guests. Overall, the property did not feel clean, fresh, or ready for our stay.”
