“We enjoyed the hotel. It was bright, clean and well apponted, with helpful staff. But the parking arrangements didn't work well. We knew about the pay parking in advance but it proved problematic. We paid the £12 charge on arrival but in the morning saw a midnight text saying that our parking expired at midnight! The staff assured us that it would be alright but we were left anxious that an automatic fine would be forthcoming, and we still await that possibility.”
