“Milk and biscuits provided on arrival was a nice thoughtful touch. Cottage was full of character, very comfortable and beautifully equipped. We needed the heating on for brief period in evenings, and it was easy to operate and effective. Mirror light in upstairs bathroom was not working properly. Reported on arrival on Monday, but nothing done. Made the area around the bath rather dark. Plug was detached from chain in upstairs bathroom, difficult to put back on, and very difficult to remove plug when bath was full of water. Could easily have been fixed with pliers. Water constantly trickling into downstairs toilet bowl. Instructions for rubbish disposal could have been clearer (e.g. there didn't seem to be a dustbin)”
