“Great seaview had high expectations for this hotel. 1st the main hall and stairs need deep cleaning. Room great size but needs updating. I was in the shower and partner was woken up with banging at the door it was the owner saying i need to close shower doors as it was leaking downstairs. The doors was closed then i got told to put towels down to soak up water. No offer of towels etc to put down then i was told to get out of the shower because of it. No attempt from owner to sort problen out. If there is a problem you need to sort it not take it out on the guest's. Window cill needed cleaning as sand all over it and window needs sorting as it was extremely draughty ”
