“Heating not working, no WiFi. Totally broken. Contacted management who asked me and gave instructions to fix heating. Told them I didn't pay to be their plumber. Guy who arrived to fix heating became aggressive which in turn made me become frustrated and annoyed at his attitude and would not let me get a word in edgeways. Called me racist as I questioned his negativity and attitude, maybe to a small degree he thought I was. But in no way did i feel i was racist. I became very angry at him as everything I tried to say fell on deaf ears and in my opinion he was arrogant and overbearing. Left property that night. Next morning still saying I was racist and the final words on the message were LEAVE NOW... we will get police and escort you from the propery. Did we stay.....not a chance. Avoid this property like the plague. Everything. Walls stained, sofa had large stains on arms, toilet door handle totally broken. Icy cold hands and body due to no heating. Thought he could fix WiFi even although the wholemeal had snapped off. WiFi supposed to be include and he thought it was ok to say you can watch TV... garden is shocking and the bins were full to overflowing outside. Driveway in front garden but no dropped kerb. Expect to damage your car if you attempt to use it.”
