“Excellent, comfortable stay with outstanding service, perfect location & a truly welcoming team. Communication before our trip was top‑notch, with all questions answered promptly. On arrival, Priya at reception was exceptional and guided us clearly on how to get around Birmingham using all available transport options. Breakfast exceeded expectations, and Anna from the Hub Kitchen provided warm, personalised service every morning. Throughout our two‑week stay, Kirt (Manager) and Disha were consistently helpful — customer service truly second to none. The location is ideal, just a 5‑10 minute walk to the shopping mall and public transport. Having halal restaurants right next to the building was a great convenience. The apartment was extremely clean and exactly as advertised. Overall, a very positive experience and highly recommended. The last couple of days were unusually warm due to an unexpected heat wave, and a small adjustment to the central air‑conditioning would have made the stay even more comfortable.”
