“The bar room with the big tree was beautiful. Our room was very aesthetically pleasing. Thought the hallways and room was quite dark. I think it’s meant to be intentional but i thought it was maybe a bit too dark, especially if there was an emergency and guests have to evacuate; just as a safety concern. Receptionist staff were okay, not as friendly as the bar and restaurant staff. Didn’t ask us how we found our stay or anything when checking out. Restaurant staff were lovely, especially the older jolly man who cracked jokes with us. Breakfast and dinner options could benefit from a better variety.”
