“We organised a charity fundraising weekend for 100 people and from meeting Kamila 6 months ago till the end of our stay we and our guests were blown away by the hotel, it’s location, cleanliness, super food and especially staff who all went the extra mile to ensure we were happy. Kamila made herself completely available to us for any query however small in the run up to the weekend and gave us complete confidence in the hotel and it’s staff. Mac catering manager looked after every table of 10 both evenings in a wonderfully discreet manner and yet wd appear at breakfast smiling and efficient despite what must have been a serious lack of sleep. We haven’t experienced such professionalism alongside genuine care and concern that a wonderful time was enjoyed by a large group of people in many years. Thank u to every member of staff for an outstandingly good time”
