“Comfortable bed, central location, easy access and secure. Good shower and towels provided. No coffee machine or dining table despite described in listing. Free toiletries comprised a bottle of liquid soap on the sink and something in a pump in the shower which wouldn't work anyway. Stains on carpet, bedroom window wouldn't open and the window in the sitting area only stayed open when we put the teabags tin under it. Dusty, cracked windows. Husband bashed his knee on radiator when sitting on the loo: I had to sit sideways 😂 Not quite "executive" as advertised- was hoping it would be a treat for my husband on his birthday. Lucky we found the whole place quite funny”
