“The location was very good. The hotel is close to the tram making it easy to travel around and supermarket around the corner. There are also shops and restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. The biggest problem was that the hotel has no air conditioning. We stayed during the summer when the temperature reached around 39°C, and the room became unbearably hot. The room was also very small, which made the heat even worse. The hotel only provided a small fan that was very noisy and did little to cool the room. We had booked a seven-night stay, but it was extremely difficult to sleep because of the heat. The nights were uncomfortable, and the overall experience was very unpleasant. Air conditioning or a better cooling solution is really needed, especially during the summer.”
