“Breakfast was really good, and the location is great, close to big parks and the city centre, making it easy to access and walk around. The staff was not helpful at all. We arrived with a baby and luggage, yet no one assisted us, neither with parking, carrying bags, nor guiding us up the stairs to the reception. The overall atmosphere felt strange and unwelcoming. At dinner in the Michelin-starred restaurant, the service was equally disappointing. Staff weren’t smiling and looked disengaged. We ordered a bottle of wine that only arrived 30 minutes later, after the starters were served. They also offered a “special experience” of showing us the kitchen, but none of the chefs greeted us or made us feel welcome, it felt more awkward than pleasant. Honestly, if it’s done without warmth, it’s better not to do it at all. And when we left, the same thing happened, they didn't help with the luggage, barely say goodbye, didn't help with the stroller and the stairs.”
