“Location Breakfast was poor , no bread for toast, drinks machines did not work properly water was not hot enough to make a cup of tea cooked food was very poor and no variety the bacon was disgusting grey in colour and just a mount of fat, scrambled egg was industrial. Staff were unfriendly never said good morning, smiled and seemed to resent being asked for cutlery when there wasn't any. The bar !!!! a fridge behind the reception desk and no service after 10pm. No bar no lounge . This is not a 4 star hotel The room we were given overlooked the garden and carpark, the wardrobe was far too small not enough hanging room totally inadequate. The safe didn't work staff were informed but it was not fixable Reception staff were not friendly . Decor is modern and clean but the hotel as a whole offered no welcoming warmth”
