“Location is great, at the cable car and train station. The apartment and kitchen were well equipped, the lady at the reception was extremely kind and helpful, underground covered parking was a huge bonus when it was 30 degrees outside. There's very nice lounge area. Views around are amazing. Free transport around Chamonix area with guest cards. Pillows could be much better, there was only one roll of toilet paper and very limited bathroom amenities, you have to buy it yourself, which is odd for a 4 star hotel, keycard stopped working (luckily only 20 mins before reception open, but it could have been worse if it happens late night). You have to throw away trash and remove bedsheets. It felt more of an AirBnb than a hotel.”
