“It is, at its core, a decent accommodation. However, it lacks certain basic “details,” such as: • Outdoor lighting is really insufficient and feels unsafe. • The apartment is advertised for 5 people, but the beds are only 70 cm wide (while everywhere online it says 90 cm), and one person is literally sleeping in the hallway. • There is no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands (you have to use shower gel). • No hand towels or dish towels are provided, yet there is a dishwasher tablet… even though there is no dishwasher. • Dinner is buffet-style and of very low quality. • The front desk staff were not very friendly or helpful (being friendly doesn’t cost anything). • The new bed linen had quite a lot of hair on it. Disappointing. You get the feeling they don’t really care, because guests will book anyway. Quality isn’t about luxury—it’s about the basics, and those are not sufficiently met here.”
