“The room itself was quite spacious However, when we first checked into the room, we noticed a significant number of ants gathering both inside the room and in the bathroom. We informed the staff, and they sent someone to clean the area, which improved the situation for a few hours. Unfortunately, later that night while we were sleeping, ants even crawled onto the bed, which frightened my wife badly and caused her to have a very poor night’s sleep. The following day, after we returned from going out in the morning, we found another large number of ants all over the floor of the room again. My wife was also feeling unwell during those days, so I asked the hotel if it would be possible to cancel and refund the second night of our stay, as we intended to move to another hotel. However, after speaking with the front desk, we only received an apology, and no refund or discount was offered for the second night. We were extremely disappointed by the way this situation was handled. Therefore, I would not recommend this property to guests who care about cleanliness and hygiene, especially considering that the price-performance ratio is not particularly good. Unless, of course, you are comfortable spending the night being disturbed by insects.”
