“Very nice pool! Exceptionally clean and well kept although little shade until late in the day. The tasteful design of the rooms. Breakfast was optional and appreciated the one day we took it. Fresh orange juice. Good bread basket. There was an air conditioning breakdown for the first couple of days. Service was very spotty: polite but frequently absent or slow; lack of communication of room changes, air conditioning repairs ; long wait for the bill and for check-ins. lack of clarity on tariffs and on the rate for the additional night.”
