This accommodation was inspired by Louis XIV's most intimate castle. The Sun King had created Versailles to receive ambassadors and his court, and he had built another château in Marly which he said he reserved for his friends and intimates. Destroyed during the French Revolution, this château has now been recreated at the Puy du Fou, comprising 8 pavilions as resplendent as they are luminous, and a magnificent 500-seat restaurant.
