“The property told us they were full and had transferred us to a hotel 15 km where we had no option but to accept. The restaurant was not our style at all and was very expensive , we had reserved Les Portes d Apcher partly because the restaurant was reasonable, rustic and reflected our taste while on holiday . I resent being forced into a supposedly fine dining experience with below average quality except for dessert which was excellent. I don’t believe the double booking was unintentional,we were shunted off to a different style of hotel which had many empty rooms for a reason.”
