“The location was perfect! The hotel will do in a pinch and it was cheap for where it’s located. The quality of hotel did not meet expectations. The bedrooms were simple at best and outdated. When checking in the hotel was understaffed and therefore we waited 30 minutes unnecessarily (we checked in later than the allotted check in time). France is going through a massive heatwave and though the room had air conditioning, the remote to turn it on was removed from the room so it was incredibly hot when sleeping. The beds were terribly hard. The tv didn’t work. When we had an issue with the door handle to our room and it wouldn’t open, the reception was rude and acted inconvenienced to help.”
