“The property is gorgeous. The pool was lovely and cold. The reception staff were absolutely delightful to deal with. It was great to have the EV charging here too. I did not like staff at the bar, I found both the staff there to be very standoff-ish and they made us feel like we were in the way. At 10pm in the bar, they also turned off the air conditioning (in a heatwave). They close the pool at 8pm which is WAY too early, especially in a heatwave when we wanted to be able to swim for longer. At about 9pm they would not allow us to visit the back portion of the property to see how beautiful it was, saying 'we have locked the doors, you can't go'. I thought that was quite rude. On the other hand - the reception staff are very lovely. The A/C in the room was not cold enough.”
