“We have stayed in Paris many times and stayed at many hotels… Le Scribe is by far the best location of them all! The service staff at this hotel are a credit to the Sofitel… engaging, helpful and always smiling. Special mention to Jeanne Jourdain the Guest Relations Manager who made a point of introducing herself when we arrived, and went out of her way to assist us with various requests and needs we had. While we stayed in a Suite, it must always be known rooms in Paris tend to be on the smaller side, regardless of category. The room itself was perfectly adequate for our needs, the only small complaint is it was a tad dark - even with the curtains open and the lights on. Really appreciated the walk in wardrobe though - so good to be able to store suitcases and shopping bags! Daily room servicing was not the best… whilst the room was kept clean, the cleaners did not replace towels as expected, nor did they take away rubbish. Bit strange. Overall, a solid stay in Paris close to Galleries La Fayette.”
