“Unfortunately, my experience at Pavillon Nation was disappointing. The initial room had cleanliness issues, leftover trash, unpleasant odors, and later I noticed mold around the window area. I also saw ants near the breakfast buffet. While the hotel eventually offered a room change and later relocation to another property in their group, I found the overall hygiene standards below expectations for the price paid. I was also disappointed by the dismissive attitude from management when raising these concerns. I would recommend checking the room carefully upon arrival.”
