“Fabulous stay! Hotel was in a great location next to the canals. Lots of places to eat and drink around and a lovely Boulangerie almost next door. The bed was big and very comfortable. The only issue was having only one pillow each. We asked for extra before going to dinner and they promised to put them in the room but didn’t. The night receptionist said there was none left but eventually found one. Also whilst showering the next morning the shower gel was empty and had no be refilled, the tea and coffee station had also not be replenished and there was only 1 sachet of decaf coffee and no milk or caffeinated coffee/tea. ”
