“- Location - Air-conditioning Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor while the elevator was out of service for two consecutive days, which was very inconvenient. The breakfast selection was extremely limited, and the dining area, located in the basement, was not a comfortable or pleasant place to eat. The room itself was very small, with an extremely cramped bathroom. It lacked basic amenities such as a proper wardrobe, minibar, coffee machine, and other conveniences that are generally expected from a hotel of this category. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I believe significant improvements are needed in terms of comfort, facilities, and guest experience.”
