“The location was excellent, close to many major attractions while still being in a quiet and peaceful area. Both the hotel and the room had a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciated the secure luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. Most importantly, the entire experience, from booking to check-out, was smooth and problem-free, with no significant issues. Sometimes, the staff provided incorrect information. On our first day, we were told that breakfast was not included, even though I had purchased it and it was clearly stated in the reservation. Fortunately, another staff member helped resolve the issue the following day. There was also some confusion during check-out regarding whether the city tax had already been paid. The breakfast itself was quite basic and typical of a standard hotel buffet, with limited variety.”
