“I was not able to travel because of train tickets reservations, I cannot comment on this part. I would like to express my disappointment regarding how this situation has been handled. Initially, when I sent a message requesting confirmation of my check-in and booking status, I did not receive any response from the property. However, as soon as I submitted a cancellation request, I received an immediate reply denying the cancellation. This gives the impression that customer concerns and communication were not prioritized until the payment or cancellation matter became involved. I find this unfair and disappointing from a customer service perspective. Had the property responded promptly to my initial inquiry, the situation could have been handled more transparently and professionally”
