“The evening staff was horrible, very rude and unprofessional. The man I asked help because the air conditioning was dripping water literally on the bed on the face of my friend while she was sleeping. He said with a bad attitude that he can't help me, only he can do is to turn off the air conditioning, it's terribly hot and said open the window and door, you think you can sleep with the door open, and that time the window was wrapped with plastic and can't be opened. He is a very representative of this hotel, very unprofessional and rude. We put all the towels to the dripping air conditioner and we slept for 2 days in a very bad condition. Our money should be returned to us...... The bed covers are older than old and same with the towels, they need an upgrade. The lady in the morning was nice and professional but didn't do anything to resolve our issue as well, maybe she did but no action on the management? The only positive is the location of this hotel, otherwise everything is bad. ”
