“I had a wonderful stay at Arome. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome, and their warmth and friendliness were a highlight of my experience. My room was larger than I expected, with a unique layout that gave it a lot of character while still feeling comfortable and functional. The hotel itself has a charming atmosphere, and the location was excellent—convenient for exploring the area while still offering a relaxing place to unwind. What stood out most was the exceptional service. Unfortunately, my luggage was lost during my travels, and Pierre went above and beyond to help me retrieve it. He was incredibly responsive, supportive, and proactive during a stressful situation, and I truly appreciated all the effort he put in to assist me. Between the spacious room, the great location, and the outstanding hospitality from Pierre and the entire team, my stay was memorable for all the right reasons. I would gladly stay at Arome again and highly recommend it to others.”
