“We like the proximity to the train station and to be close to the city centre without being in the middle of it all. Also a major factor we booked here is that there's air-conditioning in the room. The first room we were allocated the ac was faulty and didn't work. We did get a fan but it only stirred up the hot air and didn't cool at all so after 2 nights we were moved to a bigger room where the air-con did work however not to the full capacity. It wasn't as cooling as it had been when we stayed here last year. We did notice vans from an air-con company outside the hotel in the following days so I guess they were trying to get it fixed.”
