“The location was excellent, right on the sea front and a short walk to bars, restaurants, bakery etc. The staff were lovely and helpful. The bike storage was very good in a locked garage. We couldn't check in until 4pm which would be fine but the hotel was actually closed until 4pm so although we arrived a little earlier we had to keep all our luggage with us. The room we had was very small and quite tired. It was very hot whilst we were there and we had the windows open, there was a bad smell and we can only assume that our room was above the bins. We saw other nicer rooms being cleaned the next day so possibly it was just our room and we did book last minute but disappointing for a Logis hotel.”
